3:09 back to back tackles by Cement Gillespie. 7:40 again
85 was a great year for the Doggies.
Meet Warren briefly when I was a kid. True gentlman. Always admired this man and his coaching ability.
Thurston came in for Anasta that game.
*Woeful resolution on this clip. I like this match very much, especially watching the ref in crystal-clear picture*
Roy Masters - what an ass hole. I hope Roy is really proud of the scum he left all over what remained of the late 70s game of Rugby League. Sure he had a team of talentless losers, whose only gift was to behave like psychopaths. Les Boyd was the most embarrassing purchase Manly ever made. Nate Myles was the 2nd most embarrassing.
Classic 😂🎉
Thought I was watching the Manly vs West tigers game the other night . Similar refereeing styles
Nrl has turned the game into a game of touch then this moron is nominated as an immortal nearly as ridiculous as the drug cheat.
Peter and Scotty what great players and men. RIP Scott Gale ❤
I love les Boyd I'm a dragons fan and he is my all time favourite player
Brilliantly disguised
These Bulldogs men would rip the 2024 Panthers boys to bits.
RIP Geoff Robinson
The era of the fibreglass shoulder pads
The Moose might have been a redneck but he was an entertaining colorful character.
RIP Geoff Robinson!
still a good player, is he the painter from Kenthurst?
Sailor second row ?????? holy cannoli Batman
RIP Robbo, legend
Throw a blues Gersy on im
What a run, no one was going to stop him at that pace.
What a sad way to go, throat cancer..I always liked his playing style..him and big gramme Wynn were my models as a gangly , second rower at Figtree high school in 1981/1984..miss it.
R.I.P Robbo God bless ya mate
Garry was all class!
Rip big man
RIP Robbo
Robbo my hero as a boy RIP
Robbo. Vale a giant of rugby league.
That south African team always pushed the Aussies. I hated them with a passion
Anyone know the name of the song?
I always felt sorry for Greg Alexander, slipped in form because he still had his brothers passing on mind.
Worked with Dr George at Auburn District Hospital while he was undertaking medical training...Always great for a laugh. Top bloke...
It’s good to see a sponsor from the 80s that has nothing to do with cigarettes or alcohol.
That team chould have beat the QLD
Hey you watched Bulldogs vs Broncos last week? Didn't match the score but still a thrashing
Calling John Emburey a dangerous batsmen, and witnessing him being bowled first ball was delicious irony. A HS of 34 and an AV of 14 dosent inspire most of us watching.
Terry Lamb must have loved him. Half the tries where McGrady isn't scoring himself were him feeding Lamb backing up. McGrady was such a wonderful player.
Speechley F around and found out.
All of the Mortimers were overrated
5 meter rule a leather ball leather pads and sand for goalkicking I remember playing a grand final at the old Penrith park Mt druitt back then had a dozen teams and 5 divisions for age groups today game needs leadership and guile not mister monday explaining the rules
I was at that roosters game when Royce got sent off.i was at Leichhardt when Harvey and Royce got sent off within 10 minutes of each other. Now a days people get sent off for crap. Bring back the proper league
Pure class player. Smooth like silk
I'd say Cement did something to Sterlo that was low enough Sterlo uncharacteristically fired shots at Cement.
Регбилиг, который мы потеряли. Сегодня это другой вид спорта😢
🔵⚪🔵⚪2024🔵⚪🔵⚪ respect the history of what it means to be a bulldog
The Wok👍🏻 Imagine a coach nowadays postgame saying they were going to bring an armalite rifle to the games and work their way through the referees due to too many penalties conceded, albeit tongue in cheek🤣
Mathew was an entertaining player
That would of been a good dustup Robbo and Davo
Simon O'Donnell was only 2 years older than Mark and Steve Waugh. I kind if feel his career ended way too soon given his immense talent.
Gee, if anyone deserves to be spat on its got to be a media person.
